摘　　要：结合职业院校大学生心理素质的特点与要求,讨论了心理素质教育的重要性及与其他素质培养的关系,总结了深职院开展大学生心理素质教育的经验,并对职业院校开展心理素质教育的途径与方法进行了探讨.Combined with the characteristics of higher vocational school students, mental quality,the author discusses its importance and the relations with other quality training,summarizes the experiences achieved during promoting mental quality education in Shenzhen Polytechnic College.
