婴儿奶粉中的二十二碳六烯酸和二十碳四烯酸气相色谱分析

摘　　要：二十二碳六烯酸(DecosahexaenoicAcid,DHA)和二十碳四烯酸(ArachidonicAcid,AA)是婴儿生长发育极为重要的多不饱和脂肪酸。本文提取了安婴儿牌婴儿奶粉中的DHA和AA,采用气相色谱法,优化了色谱条件,在DB-WAX强极性柱上,采用程序升温:150℃(1min)10℃/min240℃(14min),根据保留值规律定性,并选用分子结构相似碳原子数相等或接近的花生酸甲酯为标样,采用外标法[1,2]测定婴儿奶粉中的DHA和AA的含量。分析结果表明,安婴儿牌婴儿奶粉中每100g奶粉中含AA为173.45mg,DHA为73.75mg.Decosahexaenoic Acid(DHA) and Arachidonic Acid(AA),is important for baby's growth.It is a unsaturated fatty acid,which is extensive used in baby food.This paper has drawn the DHA and AA in baby brand baby powdered milk,adopts the law of gas phase of color atlas,optimization the condition of color atlas rise on DB-WAX strong polarity column,with program to warm up:150℃(1 min) 10℃/min 240℃(14 min) determine the nature according to reservation value lawand chosen similar carbon atomicity,with external standard method for standard specimen^([1,2]) surveys the content of DHA and AA in baby powdered milk.The result shows,that in the baby brand baby powdered milk is 173.45mg per the AA content in 100 g powdered milks;DHA content is 73.75mg.
