摘  要:目的 :检测早老型痴呆 (Alzheimer,AD)模型大鼠海马内生长抑素 (Somatostatin ,SS)神经元变化。方法 :模型组用D 半乳糖和鹅膏蕈氨酸 (Ibotenicacid ,IBO)损毁Meynert核联合造模。运用免疫组化ABC法结合图像分析 ,检测并统计 2组大鼠海马SS阳性神经元数目、截面积和灰度值。结果 :模型组大鼠海马生长抑素神经元数目减少明显 ,灰度值增加明显 ,组间差异显著 ;生长抑素神经元胞体截面积无明显变化。结论 :D 半乳糖合并IBO损毁双侧Meynert核所致AD大鼠海马生长抑素神经元衰退明显。Objective:To observe the changes of somatostatin (SS) neurons in Alzheimer's (AD) disease rats model induced by D-galactose and ibotenic acid(IBO). Methods:Rats AD model were induced by D-galactose and lesion of basal Meynert nucleus with IBO. Numbers and average area of Hippocampal SS neurons were detected with immunohistochemistry ABC technique and immage analysis. Results:Compared with control rats, numbers of SS neurons in model group were significantly decreased (P<0.01);grey value of model group was increased (P<0.01), suggesting SS content decreased significantly. Average area of SS neurons between model rats and control rats had no significant difference. Conclusion:Hippocampal SS neurons decline obviously in AD model induced by D-galactose and lesion of basal Meynert nucleus with IBO.
