摘  要:用未经热处理的青香蕉果皮粗提液(UHGB)浸泡采后香蕉果实可显著控制病害发生,而经过热处理的青香蕉其果皮粗提液(HGB)对控制腐烂没有效果。这是首次关于果实提取液直接用于诱导同种果实采后抗病性的报道。同时,UHGB处理过的炭疽菌孢子其致病性较HGB处理过的弱。但是,UHGB对炭疽菌孢子的萌发率没有影响,而HGB却能显著抑制孢子的萌发。研究结果表明,青香蕉果皮的抗病物质通过外源施用提高采后香蕉抗病性的机理是增强果实自身的防御机能,而对病原菌不产生明显影响。Dipping postharvest bananas in crude extract from peels of unheated green bananas (UHGB) significantlycontrolled the occurrence of diseases, while dipping in crude extract from peels of heated green bananas (HGB) had littleeffect on decay. This is the first report on the induction of disease tolerance of postharvest fruits by direct application ofcrude extract from fruits of the same species. UHGB treated Colletrotrichum musae spores were found to be weaker inpathogenicity than HGB treated ones. However, UHGB had little effect, but HGB had significant effect, on the rates of sporegermination. These results imply that the mechanism of anti-disease substances extracted from green banana peels enhancethe disease tolerance of postharvest bananas by exogenous application lies in that the anti-disease substances helpstrengthen the defensive system of fruits themselves rather than affects the pathogen.
