摘　　要：以无锡区域经济为基本观察点,对高等职业院校毕业生就业现状及其成因、高等职业教育与就业市场的互动关系作系统调研,并运用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法,对其影响因素进行综合分析.认为要实现真正意义上的以就业为导向的高职教育,高职院校必须随着形势的变化,在区域经济结构、教育市场结构、专业设置以及人才培养模式之间实现良性互动,并在互动中寻求平衡.Based on the regional economy in Wuxi,the authors investigate the current situaion of graduates' employment and the interactive relations between higher vocational education and employment market,analyse the factors to influence it,regard higher vocational school should follow the change of stiuation,reach the virtuous interaction among regional economic structure,educational market structure, speciality provision and talents training pattern, and seek the balance in interaction.
