摘　　要：本文从继续教育的角度,系统地论述了提高高等学校教师素质的必要性和实施途径,特别强调学历和非学历继续教育是提高教师素质的根本途径。The paper systematically analyses, in terms of continuing education, the necessity to improve the quality of the teachers in colleges and universities and discusses the approaches to the implementation. It lays special stress on the fact that the record of education and non-record of education are an essential approach to the improvement of teachers' quality.
