摘　　要：本文从教师专业发展的视角,辨征地分析了我国现存教师继续教育模式的利弊,进而探讨了新型教师继续教育模式“校本培训”的主要特征、操作程序及其实施方式。According to teachers' professional development, this dissertation dialectically analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the present models of teachers' continuing education, and then discusses the primary features, operating rules and implemental methods of new teachers' continuing education model: school-based training.
