摘　　要：从科技创新的角度分析高校学报的价值。认为科技创新是高校学报工作的生命线。介绍利用科技创新做好学报编辑工作和改进学报管理的做法和体会。The paper analyses the university journals' value from the angle of scientific and technological creation, and presents that scientific and technological creation is the lifeline of the journal's work. It also explores the methods of doing well the journals' editing work and enhancing the management in the light of the knowledge and experience of strengthening scientific and technological creation in practice.
