摘　　要：随着我国高等教育从精英教育发展到大众化阶段,高等教育改革在不断深化,许多高校正在积极探索适应社会主义市场经济需要的教学管理模式和人才培养途径。学分制是一种适应市场经济需要的高校内部教学管理制度,实施学分制乃大势所趋。深化教学管理改革,完善学分制是当务之急。As native higher education develops from èlite education to popular education, the reformation on higher education is improving. More and more colleges and universities are vigorously expolring a teaching administration mode and training talent way required by socialism market economy. The credit system is a suitable teaching administration system required by market economy. We must enhance teaching administration reformation to improve the credit system.
