摘　　要：声波根管预备作为一种治疗手段用于牙髓病、根尖周病的治疗取得了一定的疗效。本文对声波器械的技术特点作一综述 ,包括声波器械的工作原理、切削能力、根管成形能力、去除玷污层的能力和杀菌能力等方面。As a therapeutic tool, sonic instrumentation have showed a certain effect in the treatment of endodontic and periapical diseases.This article has summarized the properties of sonic instrumentation, including working mechanism, cutting and shaping ability, smear layer debridement, antiseptic effect, etc.
