摘　　要：目的　改进倾斜基牙的固定桥修复 ,减少整体铸造产生的桥体收缩。方法　采用轴 -核帽分段铸造机械嵌合连接外用套筒冠桥体修复 4例前后基牙有不同方向和不同程度倾斜的患者。结果　临床使用经 2～ 3年的观察效果较好。结论　轴 -核帽连接套筒冠桥体的双端固定桥修复扩大了固定桥的适用范围 ,是倾斜基牙固定修复中较为实用的方法。Objective To improve the inclined teeth rigidly-fixed bridge and reduce the pontic shrinkage from whole founding. Methods Axes-pit cap with subsection founding and engine tabling external telescope pontic was used to repair 4 inclined teeth in different directions. Results This method had been practiced for 2-3 years and turned out to be effectine. Conclusion More patients were eligible to receive the treatment, so it proved to be a practical way to repair inclined teeth.
