摘　　要：英语听力学习的难点之一是“语音”与“语义”的有效统一。了解现代语义学的相关理论 ,有助于听力理解思维素质的提高。One of the difficulties in English Listening learning lies in an efficient integration of meaning with sound. A better understanding of the relative theory of modern semantics is conducive to the improvement of the listening comprehension thinking ability.
