摘　　要：学习型组织理论是目前世界上最先进的管理理论之一。探讨了创建学习型组织的背景、理论基础和操作步骤,提出了创建学习型组织、不断提升管理水平的基本方法。The theory of learning organization is one of the most advanced management theories in the present world.This paper discusses the background and operating steps of establishing a learning organization and proposes the basic methods of establishing the learning organization to promote the management level.
