摘 要:随着管理学家们对“人”的因素的思考不断深入,人在企业中的重要性得到充分认识和证实,人力资源管理已成为现代企业的一项重要战略性管理。如何将人本管理理论中的精华与我国国有企业的实际相结合,提高我国国有企业人力资源管理水平,提高企业运营效率,迎接未来挑战,是当前国企面临的一个重要问题。With the managerlialists' consider ation of humanistic element extending step by step, the significance of humans in enterprises has been realized and acknowledged completely. The management of human resources has become an important management of strategy. Confronting the great challenge in the future, our state-owned enterprises have to solve the problem of how to combine the essence of the human-centered management with the reality of our enterprises, improve the quality of the human resourses management, so as to increase the effciency of the operation of the state-owned enterprises.
