摘　　要：　大学生教学信息员队伍是高校教学质量监控中不可缺少的一支重要力量。加强大学生教学信息员队伍建设,有利于改进高校的教学和教学管理工作、推动教学改革、提高教学质量。随着近几年高校招生规模的扩大和教学改革的不断深入,为更好地发挥大学生教学信息员队伍在推动教学改革和提高教学质量方面的积极作用,应该进一步转变教学管理观念,加强教学信息员的素质培养,完善激励、保障和约束机制。The teaching information member troop of college students is important strength of college to monitor teaching quality. Strengthening troop construction of teaching information member of college students is helpful to improve the teaching and teaching management of college、 promote teaching reform and improve teaching quality. As the college recruitment has been enlarged in scale and the teaching reform has been deepening in last few years, to develop the positive role of the teaching information member troop of college students in promoting teaching reform and improving teaching quality, we should change idea of teaching management further, strengthen quality training of teaching information member, and perfect encouraging、guaranteeing and restraining mechanism.
