摘 要: 21世纪是强调"把人作为发展的中心"的世纪,人的发展需要学习型组织。人性发展化管理是适合"人性"发展的动态、多元、区别、互动、实效性管理,是学习型企业的根本追求,是我国企业走向学习型、求得生存与发展必须解决的管理理论与实践问题。人性发展化的管理是上升企业的管理趋势;探求人性发展化管理的途径是企业学习的必由之路。因此,将功利目标与人文目标整合起来,实行适合"人性"发展的管理,才是人力资源管理的最佳境界。21 century is the century that emphasizes 'taking person as the core of development, and the development of person needs learning type organization. The management of human nature development is the developing、multivariate、 distinguished、 mutual promotion、 effective management that suits the development of 'human nature', is the basic pursuit of learning type enterprise, and is the theoretical and practice problem in management that the enterprise of our country must solve while they moving towards learning type enterprise and getting survival and development. The management of human nature development is the management tendency of business. To pursue the management ways of human nature development is the only way for enterprise to study. Only by combining utility goal with humanity goal and carrying out the management that suits the 'human nature' development can reach the best state of the human resource management.
