摘　　要：高校要重视对教育客体的人本关怀,即强调客体身体素质、科学素质和人文素质的融合与发挥;尊重教育客体的主体地位,帮助教育客体在教育过程中真正找到“自我”的存在,鼓励和引导其优良个性发展;加强教育客体社会关系的协调意识。The colleges and universities should attach importance to the human cares towards the educational objects, namely, the colleges and universities should emphasize the fusion and elaboration of the physical quality、scientific quality and human quality of the educational objects; and the colleges and universities should respect the subject position of the educational objects, and the colleges and universities should help the educational objects to find the existence of “self-consciousness” during the educational process truly, and the colleges and universities should encourage and guide the excellent individual development of the educational objects; and the colleges and universities should strengthen coordination consciousness of the social relations towards the educational objects.
