摘　　要：运用企业行为理论研究组织因素在企业政治行为过程中的作用,分析经济因素、组织因素和企业政治行为三者之间的关系,提出一种间接影响模型,采用相关的数据和方法验证了这种关系。研究结果表明经济因素通过组织因素对企业政治行为产生影响(完全或部分)。While many scholars pay attention to the influence of economic factors on corporate politic behaviors, the role of organizational factors is increasingly important in explaining the phenomenon. This paper studies the role of organizational factors in corporate political behaviors by firm behavioral theory, analyzes the relationship between economic and organizational factors and corporate political behaviors, puts forward a mediating effect model, and employs some data and methods to examine them. Our findings demonstrate that economic factors will impact wholly or partially on corporate political behavior by its organizational factors.
