摘  要:研究了在一定真空度(1Pa左右)和辐照环境(裂变碎片104s-1,中子104s-1)中获得高低温的方法,特别是低温(-55~20℃)的实现技术。研制出适应于锎源辐照测量系统的高低温装置及测量控制系统,温度范围:-100~125℃,控制精度:高温±1℃,低温±3℃。应用该系统开展了半导体存储器的重离子单粒子翻转截面随温度变化关系的研究,在国内首次得到了重离子单粒子翻转截面随温度变化的关系曲线。The approaches to obtain cryogenic and high temperature in vacuum (about 1Pa) and radiation environment (10~4 fissions per second for ^(252)Cf source accompanied by 10~4 neutrons per second) are investigated, especially on techniques to obtain cryogenic temperature (-55~20℃). Cryogenic and high temperature apparatus is established suitable for ^(252)Cf source radiation measurement system. Temperature measurement and control system are developed. The range of temperature controlled is from -100 to 125℃ and the precision controlled is ±1℃ at high temperature, ±3℃ at cryogenic temperature. Experiment about relationship between heavy ion single event upset cross-section and temperature is performed on semiconductor memories and the relationship is first achieved in China.
