摘　　要：大学德育创新 ,必须树立以人为本的德育工作新理念 ,实现德育的社会价值和个体价值统一 ,德育政治定位和德育教育定位统一 ,德育的教育职能、管理职能、服务职能的统一。确立德育工作新概念、新内容、新载体、新要求。加强大学文化建设 ,培养大学精神。The innovation of college morality education should be centred around the new concept of student-oriented morality education in order to realize a unity between social and individual values, between political and morality education orientation, and to optimize the integrated function of education, administration and service. By consolidating the new concept, media, by fulfilling new requirements, and by reinforcing college cu1tural construction and spirit, college mora1ity education aims at the all-round development of the students.
