摘　　要：本文在论述了技术创新内涵、高等院校在国内技术创新体系中重要地位的基础上,探讨了高等院校在技术创新过程中知识产权保护工作的现状及存在的问题,并结合加入WTO这一新形势,提出了加强知识产权保护,搞好高校技术创新的具体措施。This article discussed the actuality and problems of protecting intelligent property right in process of technique creating in high schools on the basis of creative contents in technique and the important position of high colleges in creative system in local technique. Ultimately put forward to enhance the protection of intelligent property right and make concrete measures of creative technique in high colleges combined with entering to WTO.
