摘　　要：不确定理论是概率论、可信性理论、信赖性理论的统称,同时还包括模糊随机理论、随机模糊理论、随机粗糙理论、粗糙随机理论、模糊粗糙理论、粗糙模糊理论、双重随机理论、双重模糊理论、双重粗糙理论.本文主要介绍不确定理论的公理化体系,综述了不确定理论最新研究成果、研究方法和研究动向.最后提出了不确定理论值得深入研究的一些课题.The general framework of uncertainty theory consists of probability theory, credibility theory and trust theory. It also includes fuzzy random theory, random fuzzy theory, random rough theory, rough random theory, fuzzy rough theory, rough fuzzy theory, birandom theory, bifuzzy theory and birough theory. This article provides a comprehensive survey of uncertainty theory and its axiomatic foundations. Up-to-date developments in uncertinty theory are reported. Some challenges to uncertinty theory are indicated for further research topics. An extensive bibliography is also included.
