原发性肝癌经导管化疗、栓塞前后血中凝血酶原变化的研究

摘　　要：通过对65例原发性肝癌患者的肝动脉与周围静脉采血对照观察发现:1.临床三型(普通型、炎症型、硬化型)动、静脉血中PK含量下降,FDP水平升高,PT时间延长;2.随治疗次数增加TAE影响PK含量显著;3.随治疗次数增加TAI影响PT变化显著;4.随TAE与TAI治疗次数增加,引起患者内、外凝血酶原不同程度的异常变化。The blood samples of hepatic arteries and peripheral veins of 65 cases of hepatocell ular carcinoma were studied.The results showed :1.The drop of plasma prekallikrein (PK), the elevation of fibrinogen degradation products (FDP) and the prolongation of prothrombin time(PT) were observed in three types (common, inflammatory and sclerosing) of hepatocellular carcinomas.2.The effect of TAE on PK was significant proportional to the treatment frequency.3.Same as the effect of TAI on the PT.4.The increasing frequency
