意商研究在创造实践中具有重要地位

摘　　要：在当前的国际环境和国内形势下,创造实践已经成为人们的主要实践方式。意商研究在创造实践中占有重要地位,因为:首先,意商是人们创造实践的另一基本要素,智商、情商是人们创造实践的基本要素,越来越多的研究表明,意商也是创造实践的基本要素;其次,意商是创造实践能否成功的重要力量,任何创造都不可能是一帆风顺、一蹴而就的,只有那些具有合乎规律意商的人才会在经历一次次失败之后,最终达到自己的创造目的;最后,思维是创造的关键,创造活动需要人们发挥创造性思维,意商则是创造性思维的一个重要激发因素。In current domestic and international situations, creative practice has become the main practice style, and the WQ studying plays an important role in it. Firstly, WQ is another basic factor of creative practice. We know that IQ and EQ are basic factors of creative practice, and more and more studies clarify WQ as another factor. Secondly, WQ is important power that affects the success of creative practice, because every creative practice can not expect results overnight. At the end, thoughts are the key of creativity. Creative practice needs the development of man' s creative thoughts, and WQ is an important promoting factor of creative thoughts.
