对我市教育体制改革问题的几点思考

摘　　要：以《决定》的精神来审视我市教育体制，论述了教育管理体制、办学体制和法律体制三大体制性障碍，并对此提出6点对策和建议。The article mainly expounds its views on the reform of the education system of urumqi.It describes three problems existing is the system.And it summarizes by putting forward six suggestions to better the system.
