摘　　要：目的 :建立油菜蜂花粉中游离氨基酸的测定方法。方法 :用水提取 ,Ba(OH) 2沉淀除去杂质 ,水溶液以水合茚三酮为显色剂 ,采用分光光度法测定游离氨基酸的含量。结果 :油菜蜂花粉中游离氨基酸的含量为 ( 14 .2 97± 0 .315 ) % ,加样回收率为 98.5 8% ,RSD =1.72 %。结论 :该方法所用仪器简单 ,操作方便 。Objective:To research the method for the determination of free amino acid from bee pollen of rape. Methods: The free amino acid was extracted with water, the foreign macter was eliminated with Ba(OH)2,and the developer is hydrated indene ketone. Then detect the content of free amino acid by the method of spectrophotometry. Results: The content of free amino acid was (14.297±0.315)%, recovery rate was 98.58%,RSD=1.72%. Conclusion: This method and equipment are simple. The results is accurate.
