摘　　要：文章从人才观念、人才的引进、培养和使用等方面对高校图书馆人力资源的开发和利用问题进行了探讨。At the arrival of the ear of knowledge economy,this article puts forward higher goals and demands of development and utilization of personnel resources in library.Universities are an important cradle of cultivating creative personnel and spirit.Whether the university libraries play an important role in the education,cultivate and train talented persons is depended on the rational exploitation and utilization of personnel resources.The author of this paper makes a study of the exploitation and utilization of personnel resources from different aspects,such as concept of talents,introˉduction of talent,and the training and utilization of talents etc..
