摘　　要：对比语言学亦称对比分析 ,是对两种或多种语言进行系统比较对比的学科。文章首先探讨了对比语言学的起源 ,评述了这一学科的研究领域、应用方法及主要问题 ,继而对其拓展的新领域及其应用前景进行了简略描述。Contrastive Linguistics”,also termed as Contrastive Analysis (CA),is a systematic comparison of the linguistic systems of two or more languages. This article starts with an inquiry into the original aims of contrastive analysis and then probes into the various aspects of analysis and the criticism leveled at it. It winds up with a brief survey of the new approaches initiated by CA.
