摘　　要：家族企业的成功与失败与企业和企业经营者的企业家精神密切相关,而企业家精神的核心是创新精神。要在家族企业中培育创新与企业家精神,必须形成利于创新的环境,建立鼓励创新的制度,培养容忍失败的氛围。There are the consanguineous relations between the victory and failure of a family enterprise and the entrepreneurship of that enterprise. The core of entrepreneurship is innovation. In order to foster entrepreneurship in family enterprise, it is imperative to create the environment helpful to innovation, to set up the system to encourage innovation, to and create the ambiance to bear a failure.
