摘　　要：设计并研制成功128×128元 PtSi 肖特基势垒红外 CCD(PtSi-SBIRCCD)焦平面列阵。介绍了该器件的工作原理。阐述了器件结构和设计思想,并就器件的性能参数进行了研究。128×128 elememt PtSi Schottky-barrier infrared CCD (PtSi-SB IRC- CD)focal plane arrays are succesfully designed and fabricated.In this paper,the op- eration principle of the device is presented,followed by the description of the struc- ture and design considerations.Study is given on the performance parameters.
