摘　　要：β2 肾上腺素受体 (β2 AR)激动剂是哮喘治疗中的一线药物 ,选择性 β2 AR激动剂由于具有心脏毒副作用低的优点而成为临床应用最广、最有效的支气管扩张剂。对 β2adrenoceptor agonists are by far the most effective bronchodilators currently available.β_2-selective adrenoceptor agonists show a strong relaxing capacity on the airway smooth muscle in concentrations while the effect on the cardiac muscle is low.The development of the study on β_2-adrenoceptor agonists is reviewed in this article.
