摘  要:试验用健康雄性SD大鼠40只,给予高脂颗粒饲料喂饲后第9d,大鼠眶静脉取血,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的基础值。高脂血症动物模型成功后,随机分为设模型组(不给予花粉多糖)、高剂量花粉多糖组(600mg/kg)、中剂量花粉多糖组(400mg/kg)和低剂量花粉多糖组(200mg/kg)4组。分组后连续4周灌胃给花粉多糖,同时各组大鼠继续给予高脂颗粒饲料喂饲。高脂颗粒饲料喂饲后的第14d和第28d,各组大鼠取血,同时测定TC、TG和HDL-C。结果表明花粉多糖能显著降低大鼠血清中TC含量,但对大鼠血清中TG和HDL-C含量作用不明显。40 healthy male SD rats were fed with high-lipid pellet feed for 9 days, then blood from eyepit vein was collected and the levels of serum TC、TG and HDL-C were detected. The rats were randomized into 4 groups. Different feeds for each group were arranged as follows: the normal group was on normal diet (without pollen polysaccharide), the high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group were treated with pollen polysaccharide 600mg/kg, 400mg/kg and 200mg/kg, respectively. Then they were fed with pollen polysaccharide and high-lipid pellet feed in the meantime for 4 weeks. The blood were collected on day 14 and 28 after the high-lipid pellet feed was fed and the levels of serum TC 、TG and HDL-C were detected. The results showed that the effect of pollen polysaccharide on decreasing the content of serum TC in rats was significant, but not on TG and HDL-C.
