眼内手术后感染性眼内炎相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的　研究眼内手术后感染性眼内炎的相关因素。　方法　对我院 1992～ 2 0 0 2年所做眼内手术进行回顾性分析。　结果　共做眼内手术 6990例 ,其中感染性眼内炎 6例 (眼 ) ,感染率为 0 .0 86% ,6例标本送检 ,4例培养阳性。病菌检出率 66.67% ,革兰氏阳性球菌 3例占 75 %。　结论　我院眼内手术后感染性眼内炎发生率占 0 .0 86%。致病菌以G+ 球菌为主要菌属 ,条件致病菌是感染性眼内炎的主要菌群 。Objectives The correlation factors of post-operational infectious endophthalmitis are studied. Methods Restropective study was conducted for the cases of intraocular surgery in our hospital from 1992 to 2002. Results 6 cases of post-operational infectious endophthalmitis (infection rate 0.086%) were found in 6 990 cases of intraocular surgery. All the six cases were sent for bacterial culture with 4 positive findings (positive rate 66.67%), among which 3 cases were Gram's positive bacteria (75%). Conclusions The occurrence rate of post-operational infectious endophthalmitis in our hospital was 0.086%. Gram's positive bacteria were the main pathogens (mainly conditional bacteria). The most effective method to control post-operational infectious endophthalmitis is to diagnose and treat the disease as early as possible.
