摘　　要：目的　了解姜堰城区服务行业人群感染沙门氏菌的血清型流行趋势及其影响因素 ,及时发现带菌者并给予治疗与管理 ,减少其在服务过程中造成人群的传播。　方法　采集肛拭子进行增菌培养并鉴定。　结果　检测标本 4840份 ,阳性数为 5 9份 ,阳性检出率为 1 2 2 % ;检出 7个群共 2 0个血清型 ,其中德尔卑沙门菌和纽波特沙门菌检出率较高。　结论　沙门氏菌病已越来越多地威胁到人们的健康 ,因此 ,沙门氏菌病的预防工作不可忽视。Objective To understand about the serotype prevalence tendency and influencing factors of Salmonella in Jiangyan city service trades, and to find the germ carriers rapidly, for which it is necessary to reinforce the treatment and management in time, so as to cut down the spread of infection of Salmonella. Methods After enriching and culturing the sample, we can identify the species and serum type of the infected Salmonella. Result A total of 4 840 feces samples were done, and the positive rate of Salmonella was 1.22%. The detected-out strain contains 7 clusters, and 20 serotypes. Among the positive samples, the rate of Derbyand and Newport detected out is higher than that of others. Conclusion The disease caused by infection of Salmonella is threatening the people's health more and more seriously. It is suggested that the prevention and cure of Salmonella disease should be emphasized.
