摘　　要：地方本科院校发展应用文科要逐步实现由“方向”到新专业的过渡 ,并进行应用文科学科建设创新。制定能力培养标准 ,进行应用文科师资队伍建设和实验室、实践基地建设。Regional colleges in developing applicative liberal arts should transit progressively from orientation to new subjects,innovate subject construction,regulate the standard of ability training,and carry out the construction of teachers group,library and practical base.
