摘　　要：现代美术教育最显著的特征之一,就是注重学生创造性思维的培养,这意味着我国现代美术教育应从过去灌输式的教育方法向以鼓励为主的教育方法转变。因此,一个合格的美术教师,除具备较全面的专业技能、理论知识、文化修养外,还应是一个鼓励者。One of the most remarkable feature in modern arts education is to emphasize the training in students creative thinking. This means that the teaching methods of modern arts education in our country should be changed from instilation to encouragement. Therefore a qualified arts teacher, besides having all- round professional skills, theoretical knowledge, cultural self- cultivation, he/she should also be an encourager.
