培养体操基本教学能力的方法

摘　　要：教学能力与知识、技术、技能是密切联系的。在体操技术教学中,基本教学能力的培养可从以下方面入手:调整教学进度;有计划地进行身体素质训练;合理安排技术动作的教学顺序和教学时数;灵活运用不同的教法;激发学生的学习积极性。At present,the gymnastic periods were continuously cut down in the Physical Education Department of BUPE,so the original major for developing students basic teaching capability in gym-mastics has been broken off,and the student's basic teaching capability development was remarkably insufficient.In accordance with this status the new method for developing student's basic teaching capability in gymnastics was designed and tried out in some classes of the Department of Physical Education.
