摘  要:本实验以螺旋藻、维生素E、L-肉碱、二十八醇、牛磺酸为原料,采用正交试验方法进行了抗疲劳复方添加剂方剂设计,得到四个较优配方;通过游泳耐力和生化指标的测定研究了四个较优配方的抗疲劳效果。结果表明,四个较优配方均能显著延长小鼠游泳时间,降低血尿素氮和血乳酸含量,具有明显的抗疲劳效果。Antifatigue functional food compound additive formulas composed of spirulina, vitamin E, L-carnitine, taurine and octocosanol were designed by using orthogonal design method. Four optimized formulas were obtained by analysis of results of the orthogonal test. The antifatigue effect of the four optimized formulas was studied by swimming test and detection of biochemical indexes. The results showed that all of them could improve the swimming performance of mice, decrease the content of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and blood lactic acid. It can be concluded that all of the four formulas can greatly enhance antifatigue function in mice according to related rules.
