摘  要:数控铣床在多种热源的作用下,产生热变形,影响工件与刀具间的相对位移,造成加工误差,从而影响零件的加工精度。所以,如何减少热变形,提高加工精度,是机床设计中非常棘手和重要的问题。本文在对数控铣床热边界条件进行分析的基础上,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对XK717数控铣床进行整机热特性分析,并得出了冷却水的流量和预紧力对主轴轴承温升的影响规律,从而为数控铣床的设计提供了理论依据。Many kinds of the heat sources in a CNC milling machine produce thermal deformation. This deformation affects the relative displacement between the work piece and the cutter, causes the manufacturing errors, and influences the machining accuracy of the part. Therefore, it is very important to reduce thermal deformation and improve the machining accuracy in the design of machine tools. In this paper, thermal characteristics of XK717 CNC milling machine are simulated by analyzing the thermal boundary conditions and using the finite element software-ANSYS. Effect rules are obtained to describe the effective relationship between the cooling water flux and the bearing temperature which is raised because of preload force. This research provides the theoretical fundamentals for design of CNC milling machines.
