摘　　要：2 1世纪 ,世界各国都在运筹人才资源的开发 ,力求在科技发展和经济增长的竞争中立于不败之地。本文较全面地分析了我国人才资源的现状 。In the 21st century, countries around the globe are undergoing the development of resources of talents, in order to remain successful in the development of science and technology and the competitions of economic increase. The paper makes a relatively comprehensive analysis of the current situations of the talents in China and comes up with the principal countermeasures in the development of talents.
