海南大学化工系实验室队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：对海南大学理工学院化工系实验室队伍的现状及存在问题进行了分析,探讨如何从管理机制、政策保证、分配制度、激励机制、考核办法、实验室主任的选聘等几方面,建设一支符合时代要求的实验室队伍.In this paper,the author analysed the present situation and problems of laboratory contingent,which existed in the chemical engineering department of Hainan University; and from the following aspects such as management,policy,assignment,encouragement,check-up method,and engagement of laboratory leader etc., discussed how to build up a laboratory contingent which was in keeping with times.
