摘　　要：企业可持续成长理论提出的对企业寿命的研究越来越受到理论界和企业界的关注,其中对企业失败的研究是一个重要内容。中国企业的败因既有理念和思考方式的因素,也是能力、战略和机制的缺位造成的必然结果。企业避免失败的唯一出路就是变革与再造,而基于理念、企业家、结构、组织和流程的再造构成了中国企业在新世纪以再造避免失败的主要内容。The study of enterprise lifespan in the theory on enterprise sustainable development has attrected wide attention in both academic and entrepreneurial fileds, in which the study of enterprise failure is an important subject. There are many reasons for the failure of Chinese enterprises including concept and thinking habit in addition to the absence of ability, strategy and mechanism. The only way to avoid such failure in the new century is to reform or reengineer Chinese enterprises, that is, the restructuring of concepts, entrepreneur, structure, organization and process.
