摘 要:试验旨在测定大米粉氨基酸消化率的同时,探讨去盲肠与正常黄羽肉鸡对大米粉氨基酸消化率的影响。结果表明:大米粉中氨基酸表观消化率去盲肠鸡普遍高于正常鸡,丙氨酸、亮氨酸和赖氨酸差异显著(P<0.05);大米粉中氨基酸的真消化率亦普遍表现为去盲肠鸡高于正常鸡,丙氨酸差异显著(P<0.05),酪氨酸差异极显著(P<0.01)。大米粉的总氨基酸表观消化率和真消化率在两种试鸡间差异不显著(P>0.05)。去盲肠鸡的内源氨基酸排泄量大多数测值高于正常鸡,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。本试验建议用正常鸡的测定值表示黄羽肉鸡对大米粉的氨基酸消化率。This experiment was conducted to assess amino acid digestibility of rice flour and to study the influence of chinese yellow-feather broiler and cecectomized bird on amino acid digestibility of rice flour.The apparent and true digestibility of cecectomized birds were mostly higher than that of intact birds.AAAD of his,Ala,Leu and Lys were significantly high (P<0.05).There was significant difference of TAAD in Ala between two types of birds (P<0.05),while Tyr was numerical difference(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in total amino acid digestibility between intact and cecetomized birds(P>0.05).Cecetomized birds excreted more endogenous amino acids than intact birds(P>0.05).
