摘　　要：介绍了知识型员工的基本概念 ,提出了知识型员工流动的理论模型 ,并分析了知识型员工的流动特点。In this paper, the conception of knowledgeable employees is introduced, and the theoretical model and characteristics of the exchanging of knowledgeable employees are analyzed.
