摘 要:以轿车减轻自身质量及材料优化选用为目的,选用5种高强度钢板材料和4种对比用现生产材料进行了各种基本性能和模拟性能试验。试验结果表明,试验用高强度钢板的屈服强度较现生产用钢板提高50N/mm2以上,并具有良好的基本及模拟成形性能,其模拟件的凹陷抗力高于减薄约10%后的现生产用钢板,涂装性能与现生产用钢板相当,焊接性能优于现生产用钢板,但由于其屈服强度较高,回弹相对较大。Five types of high strength steel sheets and four types of traditional used steel sheets have been selected to carry out various kinds of basic property and simulative property tests aiming at the reduction of BIW weights and the optimization of material selection in cars. Experimental results reveal that the yield strength of high strength steel sheets is about 50 N/mm2 higher than the traditional one- and the experimental steel sheets possess almost the same basic and simulative formability as well as the painting behavior with the traditional one.The experimental steel sheets show superior weldability over the traditional one.The higher yield strength of the experimental steel leads to the relatively high spring back consequently.
