摘　　要：以“三个代表”重要思想作为天津电大加快发展的强大推动力。没有速度就谈不上发展,没有一个快的速度就谈不上跨越式发展。进一步转变教育观念,端正办学方向,突出办学特色,抢抓发展机遇,确定“跳起来才能够得着”的奋斗目标,将高标准的压力变成工作思路创新的动力,确保各项工作的落实。The important idea of “Three Represents”has a great impact on the rapid deveopments of Tianjin Radio & TV University.There would be no advancement without speed and no leaping advancement without rapid speed.All the work has to be ensured and implemented by puttig more effort into further changes in educational views,the correct way of running the school,the emphasis on the characteristics and opportunities,the goal of leaping development,and the transition from the stress of high standard to the drive of working innovation.
