摘　　要：视频系统在远程教育实时教学和非实时教学中发挥着重要作用。实时教学是尽可能模拟传统现场教学模式,非实时教学要解决如何将视频教学资源传送到学习者,使学习者根据自己的情况合理安排学习时间和进度,进行自主学习。采用现代信息技术手段,将这两者有机结合,相互补充,可以提高远程教学的教学效果。Video system plays an important role in real time and non real time education in distance education.Real time education means using any possible methods to simulate the traditional teaching envirnment.Non real time education is to transmit the video teaching resources to learners who can arrange reasonable time and rate of progress according to their own study.By using modern IT,these two methods can be combined together and compensate each other,which will greatly improve the effect of distance education.
