摘　　要：徐学义教授是国家级名老中医,他对治疗慢性胃炎的治疗有自己独到的见解,倡导古为今用,以“脾升胃降”理论为指导对慢性胃炎施以治疗,认为生理上:“脾宜升则健,胃宜降则和”。病理上:“当升者降,当降者升,乃阴阳反作之病”。治疗上:“治脾助运升清,治胃理气通降”。运用于临床疗效显著,得到多数患者的认可。现将徐学义教授运用“脾升胃降”辨治慢性胃炎的思路总结如下,以飱同道。Professor Xu Xueyi is a national famous old Chinese medicine, he has his own unique views on the treatment of chronic gastritis, advocates the use of the past, with “spleen ascending stomach descending” theory as the guidance of the treatment of chronic gastritis. Physiologically, “if the spleen rises, it is healthy;if the stomach falls, it is harmonious”. Pathologically, “ascending and descending are diseases caused by the reversal of yin and yang”. Therapeutically, “treating the spleen, promoting circulation and clearing, regulating the stomach, regulating qi, promoting circulation and lowering”. It has significant clinical effect and has been recognized by most patients. Now professor Xu Xueyi’s use of “spleen ascending stomach descending” to treat chronic gastritis is summarized as follows, in the same way.
