摘 要:本文基于多理论视角梳理了公仆型领导与员工创新行为关系的相关研究,分析了公仆型领导对员工创新行为的影响机理,拓展了学者对公仆型领导和员工创新关系的认识,从理论层面系统分析了公仆型领导对员工创新行为的积极效应和消极效应。此外,尽管公仆型领导与员工创新行为的研究已很丰富,但在双刃剑效应、中介调节机制、研究方法等方面均存在尚待改进的空间。This paper sorts out relevant studies on the relationship between servant leadership and employees’ innovative behavior based on a multi-theoretical perspective, analyzes the mechanism of servant leadership’s influence on employees’ innovative behavior, expands scholars’ understanding of the relationship between servant leadership and employees’ innovation, and systematically analyzes the positive and negative effects of servant leadership-type leadership on employees’ innovative behavior from a theoretical level. In addition, although the research field of servant leadership is becoming more and more extensive, there is room for improvement in the double-edged sword effect, mediating regulation mechanism, and research methods.
