小组工作介入留守儿童心理成长的实务研究——以绘本阅读心理成长小组为例

摘  要:儿童是祖国的花朵、未来和希望,他们代表着一个国家的未来发展方向和希望,关心每一位儿童的健康成长是全社会的共同责任和愿望。儿童的心理健康对其整个人生的发展和幸福感具有重要影响,但是留守儿童由于长期与父母分离而面临各种各样的心理困扰,所以针对他们的心理成长需求进行干预是至关重要的。本研究针对C市N村留守儿童存在的孤独、自卑、焦虑等心理问题,采用绘本阅读小组工作的方法对N村留守儿童进行干预,旨在促进留守儿童的心理成长和适应能力的发展。结果明确表明,小组已经基本实现了既定目标,并且与活动前相比,小组成员的心理状况有了显著的改善。Children are the flowers, future and hope of the motherland. They represent the future develop-ment direction and hope of a country. Caring for the healthy growth of every child is the common responsibility and aspiration of the whole society. Children’s mental health has an important impact on their development and well-being throughout life, but left-behind children face various psycho-logical distress due to long-term separation from their parents, so it is very important to intervene for their psychological growth needs. This study aimed at the psychological problems of loneliness, low self-esteem, anxiety and other psychological problems of the left-behind children in N village of C city, and used the method of picture book reading group work to intervene with the left-behind children in N village, aiming to promote the psychological growth and the development of adapta-bility of the left-behind children. The results clearly show that the group has basically achieved the set goals, and compared with before the activity, the mental state of the group members has im-proved significantly.
